Under the leadership of Javier Barros and in collaboration with the well-known Spanish chef Iñigo Urrechu, a restaurant concept was created that sets the focus on a creative and informal culinary experience. The authentic Mediterranean cuisine reinterprets traditional Spanish creations with the focus on local and saisonal products. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also presented in an exciting and sophisticated way.
